LISTNOW & TRADE ME PROPERTY PROMOTIONAL OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All ListNow terms, conditions and responsible lending criteria apply. 

• This  ListNow & Trade Me Property promotional offer is available to current Trade Me Property Platinum Partnership Agreement customers and a integrated List Now customers only, and is available for any new residential for sale listing that goes live on Trade Me Property between 1 December 2025 - 31 March 2026 (inclusive). 

• Vendors of eligible properties will be offered 45 days interest free on ListNow’s Pay Later offering. The 45 day period commences on the Pay Later loan start date. An establishment fee of $99 for campaigns under $4,000, $175 for loans greater than $4,000 and other credit fees will apply.  

• After the 45 day period, List Now’s standard fixed interest rate will apply [24% per annum]. 

• Promotion is limited to initial campaign launch.
